PBJ Salad

Just Kidding!!... Kind of... 

Let's get lean and green with this healthful take on an old classic. 


Ingredients: (for 2 Large Salads)
+ 6 cups Spinach
+ 1 Spring Onion, sliced
+ 1 cup Broccolini, trimmed

+ 1 cup Sprouted Brown Rice
+ 4 tbsp Almond Butter
+ 1 cup Strawberries
+ 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
+ 1 tsp Salt

 

Instructions:

Macerate (dice/smash combo) the strawberries with the salt and balsamic glaze. Stir into the cooked rice along with the nut butter. Toss into the remaining ingredients. Divide into bowls. Enjoy.
