Eat Seasonally - SUMMER

Summer is an amazing time for food!!  

Take this week to pile up on the plethora of produce available during the summer months. Why? Every bite into a tomato in the winter and think 'BLECH'; its mealy and tasteless and not worth eating! This is because eating foods when they are out of season reduces the quality; both taste and nutrient wise. 

#1 Goal for this challenge - Incorporate a summer seasonal food in each meal you eat!

Try this summer corn toast!!

Simply toast a hearty slice of whole grain/ sprouted bread and top with fresh ricotta, salt, pepper, grilled corn, and micogreens!
