Vegan Chipotle Dressing

This simple, make it yourself dressing is creamy with a spicy edge. I love pairing it with earthy fall flavors like roasted pumpkin and brussel sprouts. 

 

Ingredients: 

Play with the ratios depending on how much you want, and how thick/thin you like your dressing to be! 

+ 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
+ 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
+ 1/2 tbsp Coarse Mustard
+ 4 tbsp Vegenaise
+ 1 tsp Chipotle Flakes
+ Pinch of fine Pink Sea Salt

 

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together. Use it up immediately or jar it and keep it in the fridge for ~7days.
