Double Broccoli Pasta Bake

This easy vegan casserole dish makes for a nutritious make ahead comfort meal! 



+ 8oz Banza Rotini
+ 1 container FAWEN Boccoli & Cauliflower Soup
+ 1 cup Garlic Stuffed Green Olives, chopepd
+ 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
+ 2 tbsp Olive Oil
+ 1 cup Non Dairy Mozzarella Shreds
+ Salt & Pepper to taste

How To:

In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta ~6 minutes to 'al dente'. Remove from heat, drain. Toss the par cooked pasta with the oil, broccoli, olives, soup and 'cheese'. Season. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and bake ~30 minutes at 350 until the top begins to turn golden. Enjoy! 

Note: If using regular pasta, add diced tofu to boost the protein content!
