London Fog Smoothie

I'm off to LONDON!!!

But ~gasp~ I hear they aren't too big on coffee there... I know I know... So I'm easing the transition and upping my tea intake. Honestly, I'm tea lover! Tea has so many antioxidant benefits, healing properties and can be energizing, calming, detoxing, etc based on the blend. 

Ingredients: (2 servings)
+ 2 cups Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ( I used Dream Boosted )
+ 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags ( I used Tea Pigs ) 
+ 1 cup Water
+ 1 Banana, frozen

 

Instructions:

Place the almond milk + water in a saucepan with the earl grey tea bags and simmer ~30 minutes to infuse. Remove the tea bags, squeezing them out to release all the extra teaness! Transfer into a glass jar and let cool. I do this step the night before and chill in the fridge overnight. Pour the chilled tea milk into a blender with the banana. Blend until smooth. ENJOY!

 

+ Make it Extra Special

**Cant find the Boosted milk? Just use a normal almond milk + your favorite protein powder. Just add the powder to the blender with the banana.
