Peanut Butter Pre-Workout Shake
This blend is ideal to support energy needs going into a hard workout. By using peanut powder over peanut butter, the fat content is reduced, making things easier on your gut to digest and put the nutrients to use quickly.
+ 1 tbsp Peanut Powder
+ 1 serving Vanilla Whey Isolate
+ 1 Banana
+ 1 scoop Creatine
+ 1 cup milk (any variety)
+ 1 tbsp Turbinado Sugar (optional)
+ 2 shots Espresso or 1/2 cup cold coffee
+ Pinch Salt
+ Dash Cinnamon
Blend and serve over ice. Consume 30 minutes prior to training session.
