Performance Sandwich

This combo will help you power through workouts by providing beet power, lasting energy, and amazing flavor.

Ingredient per sammie:

2 slices Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread (I used the Heritage variety)
2 spoonfuls Love Beets Beet Salsa
Handful baby kale
1 Egg
1/3 Avocado
1 tbsp Mayo or Hummus

Toast your bread. Meanwhile, cook egg to desired doneness (I like a messy yolk). Spread the mayo or hummus on one toast and smash the avocado on the other. Fill with the egg, beets and greens and smash it together. Enjoy!
