Seed Bark


Enjoy this as a nutritious dessert or break it up for a flavorful (and decadent) granola! Either way it is satisfying, delicious, and supplies micronutrients (zinc, copper+ omegas!) your body needs to recover and thrive! 

Ingredients:

+ 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
+ 1/2 cup Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds 
+ 1/4 cup Flax Seed
+ 1/4 cup Honey
+ 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
+ 1/4 cup Chia Seed
+ 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
+ 8 oz Chocolate
+ Bee Pollen (optional)
+ Hemp Seed (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the oil and whisk with the honey. Stir in coconut, pecans, flax, chia, and pumpkin seeds. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet, thinly and evenly as possible. Bake at 350 for ~10 minutes until the mixture takes on a slightly golden color. Remove and let cool slightly. Melt your chocolate and spread it over the seed mix. Sprinkle with bee pollen and hemp if desired. Refrigerate for 1 hour+ to cool completely and set. Remove and break apart.
