This smoothie was created with a summer vacation in mind and a post workout refuel in reality.
1 cup Lifeway Coconut Kefir
1/2 cup Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
1 cup Fresh Papaya chunks
1 scoop Vital Proteins Coconut Collagen
Juice of 1 Lime
*add ice if you want it extra frosty .
