This is a little pot similar to things bought from grab n go style shops in London. The size makes it a great addition to a salad or sandwich at lunch or the perfect little snack. Portion size is key.
Ingredients: for 1
+ 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
+ 2 tsp Chia Seed
+ 1 tsp Poppy Seed
+ 2 tsp Honey
+ 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds, raw/ chopped
+ 1/2 tsp Bee Pollen
+ Optional sprinkle of rose petals
Place the yogurt in a small pot and stir in chia, honey and poppy seeds. Top with remaining ingredients. ENJOY!
