Bagels, bagels, bagels... I do love a good bagel! But they tend to be heavy in simple carbohydrates. With this bowl, you get the traditional flavors but in a much more healthful way.
+ 1 cup Brown Rice, cooked
+ 4 tbsp Whipped Feta (see below)
+ 6 oz Smoked Salmon, broken apart
+ 1/2 cup (or more...) Red Honey Beets
+ 1/2 Avocado, cubed
+ 1 cup Feta Cheese
+ 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
+ 1/4 tsp Poppy Seed
+ 1/4 tsp Onion Flakes
+ 2 tbsp Basil, sliced thin
Take the feta ingredients and whip together until light and fluffy. Assemble all ingredients into a bowl.

Fill with avocado, bacon, cheese, kraut, jam, cream cheese or any of your favorite ingredients.
