Balance bowls are structured to have a combination of sweet, salty, and bitter flavors along with a healthy dose of all macronutrients. 


INGREDIENTS: For 4

+ 1 bunch Broccolini
+ 2 cups Kale, chopped
+ 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
+ 4 cups Wild Rice
+ 4 cloves Garlic, minced
+ 1/2 cup Oil Cured Olives
+ 1 Onion, sliced
+ 1/2 cup Walnuts
+ 1 can Chickpeas
+ 2 tbsp Olive Oil
+ 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
+ 1 cup Feta, crumbled
+ Salt, Pepper

Instructions:

In a skillet, heat the chickpeas, garlic and onions in the oil on low heat until they turn golden. Stir them often. Add in the balsamic and the kale and broccolini, briefly, until bright green. Serve over the rice. Crumble the feta on top and serve with tomatoes and olives.
