INGREDIENTS: SERVES 4

+ 1/2 English Cucumber
+ 1 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
+ 4 leaves Kale, any variety
+ 1 handful Parsley
+ 2 cups Coconut Water
+ Ice Cubes

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients.
