Perfect combination of sweet and savory produce to get you through that foggy, groggy day. Or to refuel you post workout!

Ingredients: 
+ 1 small Apple
+ 1 large Beet
+ 1 large Sweet Potato
+ 1/2 Sweet Onion
+ 2 thick slices uncured Deli Turkey
+ 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
+ 1 tbsp Olive Oil
+ 1 tsp Cinnamon
+ Salt
+ Pepper
+ 4 Eggs
+ Greens for serving

Instructions:

Dice the apple turkey and vegetables into small, cubes. Saute the beet and sweet potato in the olive oil over low heat, stirring often for about 5 minutes. Add in the onion and apple. Continue to stir until the mix becomes tender and golden. Add the sesame oil, cinnamon and turkey. In a separate pan, cook your eggs until they reach your level of doneness (soft yolks are best!). 

Place greens in your dishes. Top with the hash and egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook your beet in a separate pan if you don't want everything to turn slightly red.
