Ingredients: 
+ 2 cups Kale, Chopped
+ 1 Spring Onion, thin sliced
+ 1 tbsp Sprouted Watermelon Seeds
+ 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes

+ 1 Kiwi, peeled/sliced
+ 1/2 cup Toasted Tofu
+ 1/2 cup Brown Rice, cooked
+ Dressing of choice
